1st attempt on roast pork. Failed! 第一次做烧肉。失败！

Tried an online recipe on chinese roast pork but result doesn't come out well. Firstly, the skin is not crispy enough so I compensate it by frying it. Turns out abit more crispy but definitely not those you expect from a roast meat stall.


尝试网上烧肉的食谱可是不成功。皮没脆于是我拿肉去炸有点ok。但是还是失败了！
