Midnight Cheesecake

Baked a cheesecake on one fine evening. Had a craving for it. And am so glad Hubba and Kerri like it but not Keira. Perhaps due to the fact, it's creamy. She don't fancy creamy/slimy stuff.

It taste good except some slight cracking. I should make an effort to bake at least once a week so that we can have some homemade dessert to eat over the weekend.

So this recipe is definitely a keeper. I called it midnight because I baked through the night forsaking my precious sleep instead. Lol.
