I think it's time to level up my cooking skills to a more advanced stage.
I first came across beef Wellington on MasterChef and have always want to give it a shot.
Lately, there's a recipe in one of Tyler Florence's book on this. I may attempt to try some day. It's time to invest in a meat thermometer I guess and reorganize my cabinet to stock up on pantry too.
This will make a great homemade candlelight dinner.
